Return Process

  Log into your Beardo account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Upload Evidence

  Provide clear photos or a short video of the product and its packaging to help our team verify the claim for damaged or incorrect items.

  Quality Check

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup; ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement within 48 hours.
