How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on your location in India, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the personal nature of grooming products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged during transit or if the wrong product was delivered. Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
Are Beardo products safe for all skin and hair types?
Yes, our products are formulated with high-quality ingredients suitable for various skin and hair types. However, we always recommend a patch test before full application.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for most pin codes across India.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order directly through the 'My Account' section on our website.
